What a great lil bakery! Pastries that are flaky, full of flavor, naturally made, and not too sweet. Run by husband and wife duo. Hours are a guide. Sour dough bull taken home was simply perfect. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

I don't even know where to start with this review except for everything was out of this world! Collin and his wife were so sweet and charismatic to talk with. The flavor profile was so good on both our sandwiches, and it made me feel even better when Collin was talking about the ingredients he chooses to bake/cook with and leave out of his recipes. We were just stopping through on our way to Tennessee but will be making a point to stop by again because the meal was so good, didn't sit heavy at all, and was just an enjoyable experience! Can't recommend enough.

I have never been to a bakery and lunch place as wonderful as this one. Every single item that Colin makes, all from scratch, is excellent in taste and presentation. The choice of sandwiches and salads is absolutely unsurpassed with uniqueness and variety. The soups are the best I have ever encountered anywhere, especially the roasted red pepper and tomato basil with added fresh spinach. The Gallets and pastries are excellent as is The focaccia, sourdough and rye with seeds as well as the challah and date and Walnut breads are outstanding. You cannot say enough about the quiches and the beef pies and the pasties. I could go on and on about everything he sells, but just take my word for it…Every bite is delicious.

This place is now in Clarksville, GA, the chef and owner is a hoot and serves exceptional breads, sandwiches and pastries. The place is small; maybe make contingency plans to take out your order and go to Pittman Park!

FWS Flour Water Salt is a true gem — warm, inviting, and filled with the irresistible aroma of fresh-baked bread. Every pastry and loaf is crafted with care, and The Club on focaccia is something everyone should experience! A must-visit for anyone who loves quality and flavor and kindness! The owners are part of the appeal. Very kind folks!

This is one of my son and I’s favorite spots after discovering it a few weeks ago. Everything we’ve tried has been decadent (pastries, sandwiches, quiches) and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. 1000/10 recommend

FWS was recommended to me by a client and I am so glad I trusted her. The food here is AMAZING! I bought one of their quiches and it was the best quiche I have ever eaten. I then had to get one of their scones for a snack tonight and I can't wait to try it. Everything is made on-site. Fresh and delicious!

Sourdough is fantastic! Staff and owner are very friendly.
Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first time visiting, and I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. The owners are incredibly sweet and took the time to explain everything to me. What truly blew me away was that they were actually closed when I arrived, but they still brought everything back out just to show me what they had—such genuine kindness and hospitality! Their treats, chicken salad, egg salad, and focaccia bread are all absolutely delicious. I highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!
