Two hour delivery. Ordered at 8:35. Pizza left papa johns store at 8:55. By 10:00pm I called to inquire about my order. The employee at the store said “Yeah he left awhile ago.. he should be there any second. Sorry about that.” Which is fine... but it still took an additional 20 minutes for him to get to my house. The driver arrived at my house at 10:25. Pizza was cold and chewy unfortunately. Then the driver proceeded to use the bathroom in my front yard... not happy.
If you value your safety DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM THEM, I was almost run over by their delivery driver, he was impaired(drugs), when he got out of the vehicle he just stood in front of me and stared at me, when we called in the complaint we were told my life is only worth a free pizza and they acted like they didn’t even care and told me straight up that they would care more if I was actually hit and all they are worried about is their reputation.
