I’m not recommending for green tea Frappuccino the color is so light but the service is good.

I really enjoy getting a good coffee and a hot pastry. Not every day but it makes a difference when you need that. And they’re inside the Ingles store but then you can get other groceries or supplies if you need anything. The crew at the Starbucks does a great job. And I really like the little inside café area adjacent to the Starbucks.

Kaylee and Emily are absolutely the best!!! I bought a cup that was chipping and kaylee immediately swapped it for me w no issues and when i asked her about the new spring drop she took my name and number to have emily call when she arrived and not too long after i made it home i got a call. Emily was super sweet informing me they were getting in the cup i was hoping for and set one aside for me!!! I just picked it up it’s absolutely beautiful thank you soooooo much to Kaylee and Emily for being so amazing and helpful!!!!!! Wish i had gotten to thank emily personally but they said she was doing something but thank you so much emily!!!!!!!!! -hailey david

We got huge attitude from whom I assume was the manager on duty (super young girl with straight brown hair) when we ordered an apple cider and the cashier asked her if they made them. Sich a simple request. Ive never had somome in customer service look at me that way. Out of the 3 girls working there only one showed any customer care/service skillset. We have only been to this establishment a few times and that was our sign not to return.

Good coffee as usual. Sometimes runs out of food items but hours are good at 6a-9p. Quicker than the stand alone store in Cornelia. Friendly staff.

I can’t tell you how many times my drink has tasted awful every time I leave this “Starbucks”. I tell myself, “well maybe it was just a bad day, I’ll try again.” Or “maybe it was that person, I’ll try again”. Nope! They just don’t know how to make the drinks right. Read the rest of reviews and see as well. Just go to the drive through one by Longhorn and Auto Zone. It’s much better and your drink will taste like it’s suppose too.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The items I order are always consistent in quality and flavor. The drive through moves quickly and the staff are very friendly.
