I’m so amazed of how poor the service in this pizza joint it is. There is nobody that handle pickup orders and not even to great you at the door. My 3 pizzas I got from here are cold and the order of breadsticks as well. For a very overpriced pizzas the quality just poor. I’m guessing the to go orders are not hot just cold from here…. Maybe if you dine in your food is hot and with a decent quality. Sadly I had received better service from papa John’s, dominos, Pizza Hut and so on. I do not recommend ordering pizzas from here to go(pickup order)

What a horrible experience tonight. We won’t be going back to this location and we used to eat here at least once a month. There were 4 people in our party. Everyone’s entree came out at different times. From the time the first dish came out to the time the last dish came out there was probably 30 min in between. The acting manager or manager whoever she was, came over to our table and apologized for the delay and said she would compensate us for the delay. When it came time for the bill she was nowhere to be found. She did give us a discount of 10%. A whole $8.00 off of our check. We didn’t expect to walk out without paying anything however due to them completely missing the mark on getting our tables food out all together at the same time, maybe a credit of $20 off of a $60 bill would have been nice. We asked to speak with the manager and the server went and told her several times that we wanted to speak with her and instead of coming out and speaking to us she hid in her office instead.
This restaurant used to be packed on Friday nights and there was typically a wait to be seated. That wasn’t the case tonight. You’re only as good as your customers last experience at your restaurant. We told the other manager who walked up when the other girl was hiding out in her office that we wouldn’t be back and all he said was I’m sorry. Based on our experience tonight and the lack of customers in the restaurant, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Amici’s on the Square become an establishment of the past. Service goes a long ways Amici! I hope you can get your act together before you lose all of your customers.

The food was standard, but the customer service was amazing. The staff who worked at 6pm today made the dine in experience so pleasant. They have a great outdoor seating area that's dog friendly !

We shoulda walked out after reading the incredibly inspiring menu. But we didn't. And that was our mistake. If you like fried this, heavy cheese on all that and wilted veggies, then by all means.

Sad to report, Tuesday evening 7:45 we were seated and at 8pm we left. NO one had bothered to even take a drink order. They weren’t busy, unless wait staff hanging in the kitchen is considered busy. We frequent this location but will try the new one next time. Instead we walked to Your Pie , ordered and enjoyed pizza and on our way home at 8:35.

The buffalo chicken dip was good even with the stale chips. The pizza slice was repulsive. I don’t know what pizzas are getting 5 stars but Alcovy High School has y'all beat and those were pretty gross. However! Customer service was nice. I give this a 5/5 stars because I asked for a water to go and this dude with a pony tail came out and brought me my water… with… not a bird, not a plane, not a loogie, A LEMON!! THE LEMON OF LEGENDS! THE LEMON OF HEALTH. The nice squirt of a heavenly lemon juice into my water was just what I desired. More than the hug my father never gave me. Thanks for the lemon dude.

What a great place! We were seated as soon as we walked in and our orders were taken almost immediately. The drinks were so good, the artichoke dip was amazing and OMG the absolute BEST homemade Alfredo ever! We will definitely be back for more!
My waitress tonight Neelyn was absolutely amazing. Her efforts were exactly what I look for in a server. She was very attentive and helpful. She had her hands tied with relatively 10 tables as I arrived and still managed to seat my family as soon as we stepped in the door. One customer in particular was giving her a hard time, but, she was unphased and continued working diligently. I was absolutely amazed by her work ethic and attitude. I definitely recommend asking for her waiting on your table. I know for a fact if I go back anytime soon, I will be asking for her to serve my family again. I would have tipped more if I could have! That was customer service I haven’t received in years!!
Kid-friendliness: Immediately as arrived, my waitress Neelyn grabbed a high chair for my son and got him a cup with a lid. She made sure to have his meal prepared as my appetizer came out.

Numerous issues. Food very slow to arrive. Ordered a slice and it arrived missing half the crust. The top half had crust but the bottom half was just cheese laying on the serving plate. They fixed that one but another order was made wrong per the wait staff and they had to remake it. It come out missing half the ingredients. My slice barely had any sauce, was basically cheese and undercooked dough. We had eaten there two nights ago and it was great so seems to be inconsistent cooks. We were trying to give this location another try after bad service a few months ago but we will take this off the list and go back to the Town Center location.
