All the other reviews gotta be fake or way too friendly. The smoothie I had tasted like frozen Walmart brand fruit in a bag. It's $6 for a smoothie that tasted exactly like I could make at home. Heck I know I've made a better smoothie at home before. My wife got the acai bowl and it was decent but it wasn't worth $10. So the food is average but overpriced, and from talking to several members of my community I gather the consensus that this place is owned by bread and butter. Every person I know who has ever worked for them has complained about only making the minimum wage. Paying people minimum wage when you have enough money to open 2 more bread and butter locations AND this sad side shop is shameful. I hope to see these locations go under new ownership one day. Owners who care aboout people and community instead of image and profits. Also it's called bee fresh when it's literally frozen and not fresh, huh?

It was great until…
For the last few months, my wife and I have been coming here to get boba. At the beginning we loved it! However, the quality of the boba has become very inconsistent. The last 3 times my wife and I have been, our orders have been wrong or mixed up.
Right now, it seems like the quality of the boba is based on who is working at the moment. We’ve had the opportunity to see what seem like 2 new hires at work on different occasions, on which our orders were messed up.
During our most recent visit, we noticed that one individual(seemingly new) struggled to maintain order of the drinks in terms of what flavor they were. The process of identification of which drink is what seems to be significantly contingent on memory, which can be difficult with large orders. But even for just myself and my wife, there seem to be difficulty even with just 2 drinks. Those drinks, as they have been the past 3 times, did not have the correct sugar amounts or had them switched up.
Another thing we noticed, and forgive me if I missed it; there is no indication that adding tapioca is a 65 cent up charge. So there needs to be clarity with things like that.
I give the rating I did because I believe y’all can turn it into 4 or 5 stars! I believe the good people at Bread and Butter and Bee Fresh should address this because it something that other people have pointed out in reviews: it was good at first, but then the ball got dropped.
I want to give grace, and I understand the learning curve of new hires. But systems should be in place to preserve quality and consistency even with a new hire.
My wife and I will continue to come and support with the hope that improvements will be made! I do believe though that other people are not as forgiving.
A great product and experience creates a good reputation which creates good business!

I really loved this place.. in the beginning, that is. It had soooo much potential, but they fall short when you come around prime time lunch time and they do not have MAIN INGREDIENTS for their Acai bowls. And, it just seems like the quality in general has diminished ?. This is just a gentle reminder to please stay on top of the overall quality of this cute, unique place or you will lose interest and business.
They always make my tea so quickly and perfectly! I recommend them!

This place used to be great when it first opened. But the last few times I have been there they didn't have everything on the menu and are out of the dried fruits and fresh fruits that I wanted. This time I wanted the spinach salad. They didn't have spinach and substituted fresh spring greens. The greens were wilted and turning yellow. Also, they only had 3 different fruits for making smoothies. Next time I will call ahead to make sure they have want I want before making a disapointing trip. I hope the management can address these issues and bring things back to how it was when they first opened and please bring back the dried fruits like dates, figs, and apricots.

Friendly service and good menu, the issue, at least with my order was preparation… The açai bowl was pre-frozen then lightly thawed with toppings added. The açai had big ice crystals in it and not much flavor – probably had been in the freezer and re-thawed a time or two. Some advice after watching folks make these in Hawaii – much better to use a blender every time with frozen açai mix and fresh banana, comes out smooth and delicious and no ice crystals. Much easier to eat as well. Soapbox complete, appreciate the good service and hopefully this advice is helpful!

It’s a nice spot right on the corner with brightly colored fruits painted on the side of the building and a cozy patio. It’s too bad the customer service doesn’t match the vibrant exterior.
There were no greetings or smiles. I told one of the two guys this was our first time there. He made no attempt to give us any helpful info. My husband inquired about pricing for smoothies (we didn’t see any posted). We were told “they’re between $10 and $13”. There are cobwebs hanging between the menu screens (couldn’t get a good picture) and the floor could stand to be swept. The smoothies are just okay. Honestly, I’ve made better at home. It was sadly disappointing overall.

We did not enjoy our Acai bowl. The Açaí fruit was not cold enough. They didn’t put enough granola & peanut . Out of Nutella. Spent $23.00 plus tip. Need more experience people working there. The computer with the menu wasn’t working.

I usually love it here but today the guy who’s at works is very rude and impatient. He got smart with me and then he huffed at me. I asked him if he’s having a good day and if I’m bothering him he said yes. I ordered the same thing I always order and apparently what’s on the website is not available in the store. The floor is sticky everywhere I walk. And for him being so impatient with me he sure taking his time with my order.
