First off, you can't go inside. So because of this, you are forced to wait in their drive through for 30-45 minutes. Once you very clearly place your order, then confirm it, you have to sit even more time until you get to the window. You get to the window and they don't have your food ready yet, not even your drinks! You have to ask again for more condiments to go with your food before you go.
