This was my first time at this location, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful . However once I got home to finally eat my food, there was the longest strand of brown hair in my macaroni. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after mixing it with other items that I also purchased. My entire meal obviously was wasted. Let's be more careful with customers food! (I took a pic of the hair below).

This store was the dirtiest Chic-fil-a I have ever eaten in. Food and trash all over the floor and under multiple tables. I was here at 3 on Saturday. Not real busy. Employee sitting around eating and goofing off. I told this to an employee and all she did was try to blame whoever was on the cleaning crew and then went back and sat down and continued playing on her phone.No taking responsibility or stepping up to correct the problem.

Don’t order from the app here. App said food would be delivered in 25 minutes. 45 minutes after ordering the food, I received my order was being prepared and would be delivered in 3 hours. Finally received it after waiting 1 1/2 hours. By the time it arrived I had to leave for a doctors appointment. I guess I’ll be eating high priced cold food

Great atmosphere! Great employees! For a first visit, it was good. However, the service was a bit slow today! Overall, I highly recommend!!! Oh, the food was okay! I’ve had worse.

4 months ago it was great this time on 2/12/24 I ordered a 12 piece nuggets and these pieces are not portion correctly anyone that counts those two smaller ones should not be serving I am disappointed because I always had good experience with

It’s Chik-Fil-A, what’s not to like? Fast service and excellent quality of food. Conditions of the new store excellent and staff busy in cleaning when not serving customers. Minor ding for forgetting sauces on order. Minor stuff.

I ordered 2 sandwich meals a regular one and a spicy one. They asked what sauce? 1 Mayonnaise and 1 avocado lime ranch. (Sauces always get) Pay with my card. Thank you. Went to window to get my order and they want .35 more cents for the avocado lime ranch. I they said because I didn’t get anything to put the avocado lime ranch on. I explained I put it on my sandwich so I did buy something. They proceeded to tell me it’s for salads not sandwiches! I have done this without a charge for years without being charged. I don’t ask for extra just one! He then tells me every chick-fil-A is different. Hmmmm
Why is your sweet so bad??? It doesn't taste like any other chickfila in Ga, it is terrible, tastes like water and isn't even sweet. Please get someone to show you how to make it, I'm so tired of having to go to QT and pay for a drink immediately after leaving your drive through, having just paid for a drink.
