Subway offers good food, but some employees were seen without masks while preparing food. Online orders may face delays, with the manager sometimes indifferent. However, the staff on April 12th were praised for their friendliness and professionalism, even towards difficult customers. Customers also enjoyed the delicious cookies available at the restaurant. Recently, customers highlighted the excellent service provided by staff members, especially praising Esther for her warm welcome and bright smile. The overall atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, with staff aiming to please and making customers feel valued. The sandwiches are well made, and the service is generally fast and efficient, especially from team members like Austin. The churros could use more cinnamon, but overall, the experience remains above average.
