So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. Most of the bad reviews i believe are for the eagles dr location, no drive through here the pizzas look amazing, and they had pepperoni and cheese hot n ready!
I did an order for pick up online for later in the week and paid for it then. I looked at my order after it was complete and I accidently had ordered for the same day. I called them and Gabi was amaaaaazing! She took care of everything with awesome customer service. She was so sweet and understanding and did an amazing job! Thank you Gabi!
