“To the Owner, Manager, We love Johnny’s. However We just found out they are NOT serving our favorite Buffalo Chicken Dip anymore. That’s a real shame. Also, they are almost always out of oranges for our Blue Moon. Are we gonna have to find a new favorite place to eat?“

“Definitely order the calamari, it’s outstanding. It comes with both tender rings and perfectly cooked tentacles, and it’s better than any calamari I’ve had at seafood restaurants in Georgia so far. We always get great service and consistently good food here. This is our go-to pizza spot in Covington.“

“We ordered Marco’s for some comfort food. We had been really busy and needed a little pick me up. We ordered three pies, 20 wings, and a family style Greek Salad. The lady on the phone was kind. When the delivery driver arrived, Marco’s included brownies with a note saying, “Thank you for all you do!!” The nurses, EVS, and pharmacy all enjoyed the food. Thank you, Marco’s.“

“Ordered Large pizza online. Came 15 minutes later. Wasn't ready. Was told to come back in 5 mins. Can back in 10 minutes. Was told it was just being put in. Came back in 15 mins. Was told they forgot to put pizza in. Finally got pizza and it was made a medium instead of large. I just took it and left. This place is really good. Maybe it was an off night. 🤷🏾♂️“

“I have visited this location for almost a decade , and it has never disappointed. the service provided by the ladies there is amazing - the customer service , the hospitality and the food is on point. we go to eat in at times and it’s always clean and if you ever need something someone is always there to help you . Ginger does an amazing job !“

“As always, I go to a restaurant several times before I leave any kind of review so that I can see how different crews work as well as different hours of the day, including if it is busy, morning, afternoon, or evening rush. This way, I keep my reviews as accurate as possible and I have to say that this Little Caesars location always has the best service, the staff is friendly even when they deal with difficult customers, and they always seemed genuinely happy to see you and talk with you as you wait for your order. They make sure to communicate, the store is clean, and everything comes out accurate, hot, and tasting perfect and fresh. If your order has been waiting for too long, they always offer to make it fresh for you so that the quality of this location service doesn't suffer and it shows regard to the customer for being willing to go through the extra work to get a good product. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this location's pizza and service! Awesome job everyone!“

“So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. Nick still went on and honored my pizza which really meant a lot to me because I live really far out and I didn't want to have to make a second trip to this area just to retrieve my pizza outside of that though they were incredibly busy but the atmosphere was great and the store was super clean.. and still had time to show exceptional customer service and for that I am truly grateful and will definitely be returning to this store. Thank you so much a very happy customer also I believe Nick was the supervisor on duty and he was super swamped but still incredibly helpful..“

“Thank you to the manager, "Nicole" for changing my order from 'carry out' to 'delivery ' after it was already ready to be picked up. "my fault for choosing the wrong pick up/delivery method when ordering online" ? Lol, anyway she gladly assisted me even though I'm sure it was frustrating. My food was delivered very promptly and still warm and delicious! Thank you for your customer service.“

“First there tonight and loved it. If you want an inexpensive family-friendly place to go this is it. Kids are $.99 on Wednesdays for the all-you can eat pizza buffet. Staff is very friendly and keeps the food cooking!“
