Every time I have been in this establishment the employees always wreck my food. They are too busy on their phones or having a conversation with each other to listen to the customer. I need to remind myself of why I don't like this

Food is good, low scores are because two employees were laughing and talking over my food with no mask while preparing my sandwich. I seriously wanted to ask if they would put on a mask while preparing the sandwich. People when you are talking at almost a shout and laughing you are dampening the environment.

Ordered online, and walked in, no one in the restaurant. Order wasn’t done, so we waited, and a few people walked in and got their food before anyone even thought to ask who we were picking up for. Manager seems to not care about stepping up and helping when he sees employees hitting a lull and needing help.

The workers there at 11 today 4/12 were absolutely fabulous. Friendly and handled a less than kind customer very professionally. Well done. Cookies are to die for too!

3/4/23 I went into the store Ester greeted me with a friendly voice saying good morning as she prepared the bread. Her co worker was in the back being a slacker not helping her. She quickly stopped what she was doing and started to make my sandwich. She was the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at this subway. She deserve to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the job!

I just purchased a home in this area off of Browns Bridge Rd and closed 01/05/23. I am coming from Hiram GA. I had a neighborhood Subway that I frequented at my last place. I eat Subway almost daily.Well, I am so excited about this Subway and Esther is the best and deserves a raise. She has served me numerous times when I come by (whether day or night)...she is always so kind, cordial, professional and goes out of her way to get my sandwiches right.Matter of fact, I have not had a poor experience with anyone at this store. They are all very attentive, polite, and worker bees (quickly getting the line in and out of the store).I knew my last Subway store employees by name, and I am so delighted that I am getting to know Esther and the team Newton Plaza team as well.Thanks guys for receving me into the new community with such grace and kindness. This was my first visit to this location. I was a fatty and got a footlong BLT, 3 cookies, a bag of chips, and a drink. The lady behind the counter was really pleasant. The store was very clean.Vegetarian options: It's a subway, plenty of veggies !!Parking: I really hate the parking lot. Not sure why, I just don't like it.
