The young lady who gave me my coffee, was very nice had great customer service, and made me feel welcome, but the young lady who was on the speaker who just said Dunkin! And I said, thank you like three times. She was just pull around so rude so rude so rude and I have to do this because it will keep me from feeling angry. This was an unusual experience. I ordered 2 coffee rolls and a medium coffee with cream and sugar. Got to the window and was told they only had 1 coffee roll would I like an apple fritter instead for the other. I said sure, and was given one in a donut hole box and the other in a bag. Then the payment machine was given them trouble so they just let me have it all free! I then drove on a d discovered that both were apple fritters. Can't complain since it was free!
