Today was my first time trying rolled ice cream. I chose Frio because of their high reviews. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I got the Dubai Chocolate rolled ice cream, and my bonus daughter chose the Chocolate rolled ice cream and her own toppings. Both were delicious and we will definitely be back. As far as the bad reviews about the smell and cleanliness....that just boggles my brain. We washed our hands and the bathroom was spotless. I didn't notice any smells either. I had a great experience here, and would recommend it to anyone. You couldn't ask for more friendly people. Thank you again for a great experience!

It stunk like butt and mold when walking in. Despite the smell I got a strawberry cup and have tried the ice cream, the girl rubbed her nose and continued to make the ice cream without any hand washing. Strawberry cup had a weird smell and barely had any katafi only continued to get something because of my daughter but definitely would not go back. The bathroom also smelt like cigarettes, Gnats were flying everywhere while they were working, Very unsanitary and disappointing!!!!

2 out of 3 were nasty. The smoothie tasted like it had protein powder in it (which wasn’t mentioned on the menu) and it was oddly frothy and my daughter had “the duke” I believe (Nutella, marshmallows, chocolate drizzle) the chocolate drizzle threw it completely off. It tasted more like espresso than Nutella. There’s no refunds so I didn’t bother complaining. Just won’t go back.
