I ordered the Country Fried Steak dinner. I requested green beans instead coleslaw but was told no substitutes! I had never heard of mash potatoe coleslaw! 🤢 The young man at the drive through was very nice but the food was horrible! I will never order this food again!
I ordered the 8 piece family meal and got home with only dark meat pieces!!!! I waited 30+ minutes just for an incorrect order. Now I’ve been trying to call the restaurant for over 1 hour. They must have the phone off!!!!! I won’t return!!!!
We ordered online and when the app said ready for pickup, we headed out. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready and was asked to wait for another 15 minutes. Was the app wrong? If so, they could have corrected it. Instead, a staff in the counter offered free drinks as I waited but water wasn't one of them. We almost canceled the order but I convinced my group to wait since we're already in the parking lot. It might take me a while to order KFC again given this experience.
