So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. Ordered 42 dollars worth from there and EVERYTHING was over cooked. Crazy bread, deep dish and regular supreme, crust so over cooked that we couldnt enjoy it. Our meal was awful. We wont buy anything from there again.
Emilie L. was my cashier. I went in today and told her that the last time I ordered breadsticks when I got home and opened the bag they were burnt. So one of the employees there had bagged them up knowing that they were burnt.
Emilie didn’t even acknowledge a word I said. As I was speaking she look down then look back up at me and said your total is.... now how about a “im so sorry that happened to you”.
