So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. Nick still went on and honored my pizza which really meant a lot to me because I live really far out and I didn't want to have to make a second trip to this area just to retrieve my pizza outside of that though they were incredibly busy but the atmosphere was great...

I hope the owners know what a special person they have in Cameron! Big big shout out to the kindness and hard work he brings to the table!! Seriously, if I owned a restaurant, I would be trying to steal him! Customer service is beyond what I’ve experienced iN A LONG LONG TIME ANYWHERE! Thank you Cam, you made our day sir!

The staff is unprofessional especially the girl with the blondish colored hair that is sometimes curly but otherwise frizzy at nights she is hateful and just disregards anything she is asked this has happened on more then 1 time when I have went there
