So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. Nick still went on and honored my pizza which really meant a lot to me because I live really far out and I didn't want to have to make a second trip to this area just to retrieve my pizza outside of that though they were incredibly busy but the atmosphere was great...

I think it was a manager or a crew member but his name was jacob he was extremely professional and really great at his job he took my order wash his hands made the pizza I ordered and caught it from the oven for him to do 50 pizzas by himself while taking and making other people orders he was extremely fast and proper the best worker I ever seen he even help me carry it to the car over all a 10/10 experience I will be regularly coming to this location

Play house help more interested in joking with one another hot & ready not at this store 8 minutes turned in to 15 help needs to be trained in customer service ok to have fun at work just remember customers on break has only so much time
