I come here often and more times than not my orders are incorrect. I haven't experienced any negative attitudes. But it would be nice if they actually listened to your order when you place it so they can get it right. I was there just today and low and behold, my order wasn't prepared as I requested! Smh!!!

Dria was the only one that wanted to work and if it was up to me all of the other employees would not have a job for their terrible customer service. I was rushed ordering, therefore my order was not correct. When trying to correct my order, the drive thru associate rudely asked for my receipt and clearly did not want to give me a large drink like it was coming out of her pockets.
