they were heavily understaffed but they were still so committed, i admire Corinthia and her other coworker, they kept that place locked down!! great work:) food was amazing and the drinks too

Is the store or district manager genuinely not looking at these reviews? Tonight I went to Taco Bell for literally ONE item, a burrito, and waited in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes. At first, I was understanding because it’s nighttime, so I figured they might be short staffed. But then I could clearly see about 5 or 6 employees just standing around. I’m genuinely confused as to why the service is consistently this slow when there seem to be plenty of employees...read full review
