I was waiting for my order and they just sat it up instead of handing me the order. Then we ordered and paid for food we didn't get. I had to run back in for the missed items and the only compensation I received was a card for a free taco. I understand it can be busy but when I have to make another trip in it's inconvenient for me. Extremely slow service at drive through, even when not busy. Food is rarely hot, more like barely warm when you finally receive it. At least they make customized items correctly.
I had to leave an outstanding review because I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service I received at this Taco Bell location.
