After waiting 45mints this is what we received see picture i posted $22 dollar with delivery seriously. I called the store manager wants us to bring the pizza back for her to see. Refuse to redeliver the pizza and wanted me to pay 50% again to get the order again

One thing about pizza places, they are ALWAYS on the job. No time for dilly dally. Keep them pizza ? rolling ?. That is how this crew was. I delivered this pizza to Social Circle, deep in the country and when I got there, it was still hot. Thank God for insulated bags. The customer was pleased and the troops were ready to eat?. Good job guys.

It amazes me with the access to technology, especially GPS that this location has delivery drivers that don’t know how to follow a map. This is the second time that I’ve placed an order for delivery and watched on the live GPS tracker the driver drive past my house. The first occurrence I was told the driver was new and the manager apologized. The second occurrence I was asked if I could contact the driver? How? Shouldn’t the store have the technology to contact the driver? I’ve seen the screens in the store where drivers can be tracked. So why was I asked if I could contact the driver. Nevertheless I was told give him about 20 minutes and he should be there. Why so my pizza can be cold? Very disappointed in the handling of this situation. Management team, let your delivery drivers know that if they are having difficulty finding the address to contact the customer. Not drive around in circles.

I placed a order at 550 and scheduled for the order to be ready at 715 through the app. 5 mins later I get a text stating that my pizza is going in the oven. 5 mins after that I get a text stating that the pizza is ready. I called the location to tell them that I scheduled for 715 and why is it ready. The response was “ it will be in the warmer until you get here”. Why would you offer to schedule a order? The lady was adamant about me getting a hot pizza that’s been sitting for over a hour. I hung up and then said I’ll be there at 715. I arrived at 7:11 and the young lady tried to give me the warm pizza. I refused and asked them to remake the pizza. I stood there because they was not about to try me and put that pizza in another box. I was not a priority to them. I waited another 35 mins for a new pizza. No one acknowledged me. Not even the manager. No apologies or nothing. I will not order from this location again.
Jaylnn was very polite and very professional. I'm a doordash driver and I was in there several times today each time she greeted me with a smile and had my food ready quickly. She is doing a great
