I walked in and politely said to the young lady behind the counter "hello I'm with doordash and I'm here to pick up an order for so" and she looked up at me , looked back down at what she was doing, and never said a word. so I said okay I just wanted to let y'all know I'm here and I sat down After about 5 minutes I noticed there was a rack over by the register and there were some orders sitting on it. Well of course, among them was the order I was looking for so the girl let me sit there for 5 minutes knowing exactly what I was there for just because I didn't see the rack I guess. I guess it was punishment. I'd rather believe that then to believe what it felt like, which is racism and sexism. Anyway, I found their manners leave a little to be desired. Fellow members of the new oppressed minority beware.

My smoothie was very good. But the service needs work. The two young ladies behind the counter didn't acknowledge me after I walked in and stood at the counter for about 5min. I almost walked out of store but I didn't. I understand they were doing other things but at least acknowledge me standing there. Not very professional.

The customer service at this location is by far the worst. I usually don’t leave reviews. However in this case I have to. Upon multiple visits the service never improves. Not being greeted upon entrance, No courtesy of getting guest in and out. Just a bunch of young adults there to collect a check. Team needs some sort of training or hire more adults. I hate that this is the only SK location in the area. I truthfully would GO ELSEWHERE to receive better service.

I'm not here everyday but a couple times a month maybe. Typically things go smooth and everything tastes great. Everytime i come i order a Mango Kale or a Pineapple spinach. Today it took forever to get my smoothie. Get in the car excited to drink it and it's for lack of a better word disgusting. Very chunky and grainy. The taste was really bitter. I've actually never had a problem here but I was disappointed ??

The fruit bowl was delicious I would definitely buy it again... The smoothie was a good size, but a little bland, maybe the lean protein, but was ok ...I am open to trying other mixtures or flavors. . Definitely going again.

I walked in and was not greeted and it was pretty slow. A young men took my order and the payment didn't go through he didn't give me my receipt and just left to go to the back. I asked another young men to change my order and the payment went through.The customer service is poor but my soomthie was good.

In May 26, 2023 at 6:01 pm, My granddaughter and I were traveling and stopped in at this Smoothie King location to get smoothie bowls. It was my granddaughter’s first time getting one as I have had several. We walked in and no one greeted us but was busy working on an order. Finally a short black female asked if I was ready to order. I placed my order for a 20 oz smoothie and 2 smoothie bowls. The Hispanic lady (with glasses) told me that the Açaí base was frozen but they can use a dragon fruit type base. I agreed so we continued with the order. I don’t know if this other black female (high bushy ponytail with swirl down edges and had either ear pods or hearing aids in her ear) was new but she started making our bowls and was barely putting the toppings in. She was moving slow as molasses but would go and grin with the guy in the back. I asked if she could put more toppings on because I’ve had several of these bowls and know how they are supposed to be made and look. The toppings barely touched half of the bowl and the rim. If I’m going to pay $12 for a bowl I want to eat my $12 worth. The Hispanic lady knew she wasn’t making it right and said that they would make it over but I told her to just add the toppings that should be on there on top of what she already had. Needless to say my first time there was not the best. I will NOT be going in that store again.The lady making the bowls was not working with excellence. She barely made the bowls as required. She needs more training on how to make the bowls and definitely needs more customer service training. She poured tons of honey on my granddaughter’s bowl and I know she did it on purpose because I asked that she makes it correctly.Hopefully the franchise owners will look into the staff they hire.Hopefully it gets better for other customers because I will never go back there.

These kids lack customer service. As soon as I walked in the door I kindly said hi to the first person I saw and she just stared at me. The cashier was also greeted as I was standing directly in her face it was the same thing....anyone can make a smoothie but customer service needs more training.

I walked in with a smile on my face and said "Heyyyy!!", while catching eye contact with both of the workers, neither one of them greeted me back. However, my spouse walks in 30 seconds later, whom is a different race than me, and they both greet him before he can even get all the way in the door. I don't think customer service should be based upon skin color but it's clearly based upon skin color at this location. The smoothies were good, however, good customer service is just as important as good quality product.
