Gave me a very large hot chocolate instead of coffee. Very inconvenient and rude. Marked as a mocha so I’m pretty sure it was deliberate. Plus there are other reviews that reflect them doing this often on Waze.
Joel in the drive thru at this Starbucks is one of the most pleasant and sweetest people to speak w when ordering your food! When people have kindness in their tone, it really goes a long way! This Starbucks is awesome! Always great Customer Service from all of the staff. I just had to give Joel a shoutout because unfortunately you don’t get this top notch service everywhere. When you do, you have to give credit where credit is due! 😊
