I'm not sure if this location is under new mgmt but my drinks have been made wrong lately. If I pay and order my drink a certain way make it that way. Being cheap and not mixing drinks like they are made to order is crazy. I get the same drink all the time so as soon as I see it I can tell by the color it's wrong. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I pulled thru here asking for a dozen Donuts and the women told me it was 20$ cash only.. I've come here almost every weekend and have never heard this bs so I got a 6ct and it was 14$??? Makes no sense! And I pulled up to the window to ask for a manger and was told that they were too busy (I was the ONLY one in line) and I saw LIVE MOVING cockroaches in the window glass! For the baskin-Robbin's side; tried to place an order online for delivery and it was cancelled twice with the only explanation being "out of product"We called the store to see which item - ingredient was out so we could adjust. The rude guy that answered said "yup we are out of that". But I never said an item. When I followed up, the guy said "look, whatever it is you want, we are out of that". And hung up. Please hire people with something higher than a room temperature IQ
