I hate to say but they will be out of business soon. They need new management and staff. Get new, effective management and hire new GOOD employees. I see a lot of local business employing local high school students (responsible ones)… this place just needs a change of energy and some marketing. Have family nights, partner with the local schools, etc. I love Sonic, but this place is going out sad.
Fries were way over fried and hard, which we asked to have replaced. Bacon on burger was very burnt which overpowered the rest of the burger.
This is the slowest Sonic ever! I placed an online order for 2 slushies at 11pm and didn’t receive it until midnight! It was crazy because I thought placing an online order would make things quicker but the lady said that they forgot. This place has become a joke and too many unprofessional people. You can see the workers just laughing while you’re waiting. Nonsense!
