Staff was arguing and music was blaring SO LOUDLY that no one could hear each other. We love the Waffle House but this was a horrible atmosphere and experience.

You go ahead and order your food get home. It ain’t none of your food in the bag that you need then you have to ride at least 15 miles back to the nearest waffle house to explain yourself because they don’t accept phone calls no more.

We came in around 5ish and I got to say we had the best service, Taneia gave us the best service, not just to us adults but to our lil one as well, she made sure we had everything we need it and just the energy with her felt wonderful 👍🏻 Im definitely giving a 10 out of 10, we definitely be back Taneia.

Came back last place me an my fiance ate befor I lost her
Just went in made an order for two double hash browns got a drink while I waited 30 minutes later - I walked out! I almost started busting tables myself / 7 waitresses / 2 cooks - 0 service !

Service sucks here. The food was amazing. When we came in, our table was nasty, which is fine as it was busy on a Friday night 10/11/24. It took a couple of minutes for someone to notice we came in. It was around midnight, so it was possibly Saturday 10/12/24 now. They cleaned the table of course. The issue is my wife and I had ate 80% of our food with no drinks as we never got checked on after receiving our food. Had about 5 or 6 kitchen crew/services on their phone and laughing and chatting instead of checking up on customers. Server finally handed us our bill and we had to ask for a refill. Our first refill!!! We also asked for togo drinks since she never did her job and checked on us! We never received the togo drinks. The young servers need to work on customer service and check up them! We still tipped despite the terrible service. The melt had tasted good even though it wasn't assembled with care and they forgot things that comes with it. One being pickles, but I couldn't get the attention of the servers to ask for them. Easy fix but service is bad! We stopped here because of a high rating compared to others waffle houses but that was a mistake.

I ordered a ham egg and cheese, hash brown bowl add jalapeños and onions. I noticed the food did not have the jalapeños or onions. I told the lady and she was really rude and said if it was on the ticket, it’s in the food. I told her to look at the ticket and she goes okay then proceeds to walk over to the cook and start talking about me.Very rude and unprofessional.Also let me add. I had to ask for my drink my receipt and my utensils Because I got none of them. She didn’t even remember what I was drinking. She had to check the ticket. Just HORRIBLE!!!!!!
