The table I sat at was not clean, it had food on it. When walking out, I noticed there were pizza toppings all over the floor and under tables. They should be cleaning tables and sweeping continually throughout the day. It was disgusting. The pizza was excellent though.

I want to be honest about my experience. Seeing the doors open made me think it was okay to wait inside, especially since opening was so close. When I wasn’t allowed to, it felt a bit uncomfortable, However I went to a coffee place near by and saw a group of people were able to go into your pie. I have dinned here multiple times and I’ve never had an issue until now.

Not knocking the dine in experience, but my past two delivery experiences have been horrible. With the first, I didn’t receive my pizza and my sandwich didn’t have any meat on it. The second, the food arrived almost cold, and they only put about 3 pieces of the brisket on the seasonal sandwich. The toppings for the pizza were also scarce, and they didn’t put any sauce on the sandwiches I ordered. Will never order from here again.
I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I noticed during my recent visit to the Covington location. There was an unusually large number of flies gathered around the interior front entrance windows, and I also observed smaller flies circulating near the food preparation area.
This created an uncomfortable dining experience and raised concerns about overall cleanliness and food safety. I value Your Pie and enjoy the concept, but I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to maintain a welcoming and sanitary environment for Me and my family.
This needs to be corrected asap it not healthy. :(

We tried the cauliflower crust with fresh moz and mushrooms. it turned out a lil crisp and the crew was more than happy to accommodate adjustments.

I’ve been here twice in two weeks out of request from my kids. Both times the staff has been super friendly and helpful. Our food has been excellent (really good crust). The dining room and bathroom were clean and stocked. The soda machines were clean and no outages. I appreciate how new things are added seasonally but the core menu stays consistent. I also appreciate that the menus are not screens that change and the descriptions are clear. This is a great family place on the square. Also, the tips do go to the staff.
