Every time we go to the drive thru at this location, they mess up our order. Half the time they don’t even ring it in right and it’s easy to catch by looking at the receipt. But the last few times we haven’t noticed until we got home that food or a drink is wrong. And NO ONE answers the phone when you call to try to get anything resolved. I’m not driving 15 minutes back up there, I just want a refund for the food we didn’t ask for.
past 2 visits I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and paid the extra 1.50 to make it a club.
1st visit just a plain grilled sandwich,
2nd visit a plain FRIED sandwich.
Will not be spending anymore money here.
