I arrived at this location 12-21-25 at 5:40 PM. The manager took our order. My husband ordered our food, and I politely asked if the chicken sandwich could be made fresh. The manager responded aggressively, stating that they already had some dropped and then abruptly asked, “What’s your drink?” I spoke up and reiterated that I did not mind waiting and would still like the sandwich made fresh. He then responded, “The question remains the same what’s your drink?” When we pulled up to the window, he yelled out, “Just drop it fresh. I don’t have time to be arguing with people.” My husband calmly responded that it was not an argument and that we were simply requesting our food to be made to order. We were prepared to pay $27.00 for a sandwich and fries. There were no other customers or cars in the drive-through at the time. Due to the manager’s attitude and unprofessional behavior, I informed the young lady at the window to cancel the order, and we chose to spend our money elsewhere.

Here for the cute SpongeBob meal collaboration and the cashier was so sweet!!! Restaurant is super clean and even have the crowns on every table. It was fast friendly good service! They even cut the burger for us because my sister and I shared the meal. 10/10 Burger King

Thanks for the uneatable dinner tonight. One of the worst meals I’ve ever ordered. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to make the chicken. The sandwich’s and wraps were so soaked in hot sauce and whatever other sauce that everything was soggy and un eatable. The employees tonight clearly don’t care about service.

The food is great and customer service is their top priority. They make your order quick and it tastes delicious. Their manager, Tyler, is a really great guy and he makes the location a fun, positive place to grab a quick bite of food. I want to thank the staff for working hard and preparing good food. Will come back for more.
Went to Burger King at 12:23am 6/29/25 just got off work , pull up to order as usual, lady yell out I am baking orders , I said excuse me , then she replied I should have not said it like that !! But we are taking only door dash orders only !!! Please tell what’s the difference I am in the drive thur line . Very disappointed!!! Pissed

Me and my fiancee came at 12:35 am today and a young man with dreads was at the register. He was 30 minutes to closing. This young man was bubbly and kind. My food was hot and fresh. I forgot what great customer service looked like, especially when a place is about to close. It's been a long time since I saw someone who clearly values their job. He said let me remind you!!! Wish I could give more stars! I haddddd to leave a review!
