I worked with Michele on catering my family Christmas gathering on December 16 in Cumming Georgia. I must say Michele was very polite, professional, and quick to make suggestions all while working the floor during business hours. I ordered the Lowcountry boil, cold crab dip, oysters, hush puppies and coleslaw. The oysters transported well still fresh and chilled. They were the first items to be gobbled up.
