The counter help that should be assisting customers in this franchise shop are arrogant and condescending. š” Instead of making the dining experience comfortable they question multiple times on the same issues of added condiments and cheese. When it is brought to their attention that they are being rude because they are not listening to the customer they took the complaint as an attack and refuse service. š This is the only restaurant/store in Cumming GA I will not be giving my patronage to again. I complained through the app to Corporate. They brushed me off in an email with the fact that this is a franchised shop and they will notify the franchisee. Training needs to be carried out on customer service. There is a sign in front of a store I used to frequent. It had 2 rules for customer service. #1 - The customer is always right. #2 - If the Customer is Ever Wrong, Re-Read Rule #1 š My money is not on this shop existing for too long under current management and ownership.š¤® There should be additional points to bring this complaint home. *No wait should be denied service. *Amount spent should be $0 because I was denied service and spent none of my money here. Thank you for saving me money. *No wait should be a waste of time going inside of this establishment. ** I used to enjoy a Whopper sandwich from time to time. Right now I have a bad taste in my mouth. I would like to give one point off of each Star instead of a whole Star for service and atmosphere.š¤Ø

Didn't tell us the playground was open until we had our food and our kids playing in the slides, no reason why it was closed, no closed signs and the door was even open. Could had mentioned something before my kids rushed to the playground instead of waiting till I got my food.

Very clean dining area and restrooms. Service was quick and our cashier was very friendly. He even wished us a good night as we were leaving. I recommend this BK location.

Ordered a chocolate shake, while enjoying the shake I sucked up a a long skinny piece of plastic gasket( approximately 1 inch long)that was hidden in the shake. I called, spoke to an employee. Who stated that the machine is old and this happens all the time. My question is why are they using this machine.. glad it was me and not a small child!

Straight trashā¦.kid was sick, ordered delivery. 7 minute drive took 55 minutes after it was picked up and of course the dessert was missing because it probably melted. Food was as cold as a corpse, tasted like trash, so it ended up in the trash after a bite or 2. Didnāt even want a full refund, just a partial. They offered me a $15 coupon like I would ever eat that garbage again. $51 down the drain.

This isnāt really a review but it needs to be said, i read the reviews and everyone is complaining about closing on sundays but if you go look at their hours posted at the store it says it closes at 11, the website is different but the store is where people need to look.also another thing to do nicely to help them is to pull up when they ask you to, a lot of fast food restaurants are on timers so it helps them out a lot if you just pull up. you donāt even have to get out your car .

Why say yāall close at 12am.. if every time I go through drive thru (around 11pm) no one answers and that girl with red hair just hides in the back. Has happened three times already. The worst.
