Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Just stopped by for the country store goody’s
So much fun see the new seasonal displays and products, never disappointed 🤗

We visited this store on 8/23 for lunch. I used a promotional card to help pay for the lunch. I presented the card to the cashier as she was ringing me up. It took a three times to get in the system. Each time she did, the credit card machine ask for the tip amount. And three times I put the amount, a percentage in. I should have check my recipt before I left the store. Two out three attempts got charged to my card. Server got a great tip that day. But they were not suppose to. Just another cashier that cannot run the cash register.

This is the worst cracker barrel I have ever been to the CEO was there for a visit when I ate there last. She is a terrible snobby person who won't talk to anybody nicely she is super rude and something needs done about her arrogance

Today me and my family went to Cracker Barrel after church. We got here around 10:10 and got seated around 10:20. We order and then waited 50 minutes for our food. 50 minutes well everyone is was getting there food. Our experience was horrible.

We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a server and when we finally placed our order we waited about 30-40 minutes for our food. My moms food was cold and what was supposed to be toast was taken right out of the bag and put on plate.

We checked in online and were told the wait would be 15 minutes. An hour later, we were finally seated — at this point I could’ve binge-watched a whole Netflix episode in the lobby. Then we ordered, and the food took another hour… I started to wonder if they were planting the vegetables out back and waiting for them to ripen.
When the food finally arrived, it was delicious — no complaints there. But unless you have the patience of a saint (or a strong crossword puzzle game), maybe bring snacks for the wait or plan on this being a two-hour dining adventure. Great food, sloooow journey.

Online check-in is essentially worthless. Checked in online and it said the wait was 15-20 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later and they put us at the bottom of list and said the wait was 30 minutes

Enjoyed chicken fried chicken with okra and dumplings.

Cracker barrel needs to add a senior menu for people with smaller appetites. Also come around or often for coffee refills
