This Dunkin location needs to figure out how to make the hashbrowns. Every time I have ordered them, which has been about four times, they’ve been burnt, but still somehow under done. I guess it is my fault for going there after the second time they came out that way. I actually prefer my hashbrowns slightly burnt, because it makes them a little bit more crispy, except at this location they’re still just mushy and gross even when they’re burnt.
the people were kind + understanding. the food/drinks we ordered satisfied the needs of us. but we ordered ahead + when we got their our drinks were not ready and we ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food/drink.

I am not sure whether the management had changed recently. This is the very first time I was asked to pay for pup cup. Pup cups are either suppose to be complimentary or for donations from customers as far as I know. This is bit shocking that this Dunkin branch asked me to pay for the pup cup after a 30$ purchase . Never going here anymore.
