Iv given this place multiple chances but I feel like it gets worse every time iv ordered food.... today I got some dry so called fried rice that you can literally see they have just put soy sauce over the white rice and called it fried rice... it was crunchy dry and flavorless... the general chicken I got was just thrown in the container and sauce poured on top not even tossed or cooked together..O.o I ordered a side of fries for my toddler and they were soggy not from sitting...read full review
I love Asian/Japanese food. Hibachi Express offers finely cooked meals at very affordable prices. The staff has always been good to me and i've never had problems here. The portions are perfect and the quality is 4 1/2 stars. I'm a regular because of that.
Horrible customer service from the owner directly she was rude to me on the phone, as a business owner myself it’s disappointing to see a business owner unappreciative of the communities that support them.. (to clarify this is the second time they’ve given me an incorrect order last time I didn’t even come to correct the order I let it go) only reason I mention this now is cuz the owner was directly rude and disrespectful to me, i don’t care about the food at this point...read full review
