I ordered from the mobile app to save time and earn points. The workers over there were all over the place, they were unorganized and rude. I've waited in the parking lot for over 50 minutes. When I received my food, it was cold and stale. Something needs to change at the location, it was very disappointing.
I love Popeyes chicken , if I didn’t I would never come here again, I’m constantly disappointed with this location, my 1st experience it was the middle of the day and they had no chicken he said and I would need to wait so I waited and it took forever and then when I drive away he didn’t give me all the dark pieces I asked for and the chicken leg was about the size of my thumb , my second experience here around 1 pm the girl asked me to pull forward in the drive...read full review
I never seen popeyes like this location.
They are so lazy with very bad behavior.
My order placed at 1.35pm I entered to this place at 1.50pm and I wait for 25 minutes until my I received my order when I told that white lady please give me my order is almost half hour is i am waiting she said
I DON'T CARE That's the best customer service I ever seen .
I write this review because this problem is not just for this time and always this location have problems.
