Jimmy John’s Cumming & Buford 20 is a Solid alternative near all the shops and restaurants in Cummings! The staff of young kids really work hard and are very attentive to guest and their orders! I highly recommend if you want a sandwich, and no fastfood!

Amazing food and great service. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu and company as a whole. We ordered and received our food FREAKY fast and with a genuine smile. This is hands down the best Jimmy Johns in the continental United States. Thank you for the great food and hospitality! Also good God, you people are insane!!! If you don’t want to leave a tip then just press the no option, it’s really easy. Leaving bad reviews...

I have been coming here a long time, and have always been very happy with the customer service. Today, Brian went above and beyond! I was waiting on my family's subs and my 2 year old was struggling in near-meltdown mode. Brian took the time to offer her stickers, smiles and lots of kind words while bouncing around doing his duties. He was a true lifesaver and helped to turn the entire situation around. I am very appreciative of his kindness, hard work, and quick thinking...
