It’s usually great food, when I do eat there, but not tonight. I sat in line waiting after I ordered, and my shake had been sitting there the whole time. Then I get home with my
Food and the fries are hard and cold. My hamburger buns were cold and not good hamburger. What did I wait on….not hot food nor a fresh milkshake and cost me $9!!!

Best Steak n Shake! The new owner or management makes this place amazing!!
Awesome burgers, delicious fries. Didn't have a shake because it was kinda late, but they're always great too. I'm glad Steak N Shake is making a comeback. I try to stop by here once a week. Thanks!

Steak 'n Shake offers exceptional service, with the grill cook's exceptional skills and the management and drive-thru staff's chill and friendly demeanor praised by reviewers. The food is also a highlight, with one reviewer raving about their meal as the best they've ever had. The restaurant provides a clean environment, fresh and perfectly cooked food, and staff interactions that are described as awesome. While some issues were noted, such as a small milkshake being overpriced and a ceiling area that may be troublesome for some customers, Steak 'n Shake is generally considered a great choice for a meal, with service being a major selling point. The restaurant is also kid-friendly and has plenty of parking, with reviewers noting that the staff have the customers' best interests at heart.
