Food and the fries are hard and cold. My hamburger buns were cold and not good hamburger. What did I wait on….not hot food nor a fresh milkshake and cost me $9!!!
Timothy was by far the best worker I've ever met at steak and shake. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of at their tables. Super kind dude. Genuinely give him a raise he's running laps around everyone else FOH ngl
The order at a kiosk was not fun and our buns were cold but also toasted???
