this location has been experiencing some difficult times and the women that are there i see a few times a week i come inside and the drive thru and they seemed so stressed but do it with so much grace. mistakes happens as well as accidents but they seem to be doing there best!!!!
It is not the restaurant I remember. The food was bland and they no longer offer a mushroom swiss burger. The food they did have was too expensive for what you got. The service was OK because there is no more service. You have to get your own drinks (after scanning your receipt), you have to get your food from the counter, and you might even have to clean your own table as most of them were dirty. My family and I left with the feeling that we would not be coming back.

I haven’t been to a Steak ‘n Shake for about 3 years. I don’t think that I’ll go to it again after the experience. I drove up and when the lady asked what I wanted I said that I want two number twos. She asked me what? I want # 2s please . It’s just here dgaf attitude. K well I fly either, keep your steaks n shakes I’ll keep my cash!
