Came here on May 2nd at 10:10am the guy made us wait at the drive through for 20 mins then we went to the window and he said oh I didn’t hear your guys at the drive through then we went back to the drive through to order and he didn’t answer at first then he said yes ? As if he didn’t know we were there to get food. Very rude and unpleasant experience. I don’t understand why you work here if you are not going to do your job as soon as the place opens. You should be ready not matter what. Very unprofessional.

This past Friday and Saturday night (4/26&4/27), the guy they had working the grill for the closing shift (i think he might’ve been the manager too) cooked us up the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten here for years and had no idea Steak ‘n Shake could be that good. It’s actually unreal how delicious it was when I get the same thing every time. Whoever that guy is deserves a raise, and whoever goes to his Thanksgiving dinners is absolutely blessed because the dude has talent. Not to mention he was cool as hell too. I don’t ever want Steak ‘n Shake again unless he’s the one cooking it

Management was super chill and the girl in the drive thru was nice but the small milkshake for 3.99 is ridiculous . It’s best to just get the regular for 5.34. 5 stars is for service alone Steak and Shake Corporation is feeding into the greed of inflation . It was literally 5 sips !

This one will be a short one. We ordered our food at the kiosk (they longer have wait staff). The guy behind the counter hollared our number and asked the usual scripted questions, then he left. We are our food and left. The 2 things I could complain are the following. The first is people stared at my wife too long and too hard, but that is not the restaurant's fault. And the second, is the ceiling area. This is troublesome for myself and some others. They may want to look into fixing this. However, 9.5/10 would go back.

this location has been experiencing some difficult times and the women that are there i see a few times a week i come inside and the drive thru and they seemed so stressed but do it with so much grace. mistakes happens as well as accidents but they seem to be doing there best!!!!

Just grabbing cans through the drive through for my mother in law and first way of introduction was "give me a minute". My wife and I ignored how they started but then two workers are walking past and looking at us. Didn't take a card, let us know they can't find the cans or anything. I walked in to just buy them inside and then the two workers were looking at me as I was explaining to the cashier what happen then a taller worker came over then wants to tell us they can't find so I left. Very unorganized and rude drive through workers.
