This place is terrible. I ordered a standard family meal in the drive thru and was later told it’d be 15-20 mins for one of the food items. Then after 20+ mins, I went in to check, and was told it’d be another 10 mins on a DIFFERENT item. The whole time, I just see most employees standing around doing nothing. Ultimately, it took me about 35-40 mins to get what I paid for.

Some of the worst service I've experienced, I had to wait 10 minutes to order after the employee's ignored me a dozen times. After I got my food I had to wait 10 minutes to get utensils to eat it, the food was cold by then.

No unsweetened tea at the drink bar had to ask for it. Asked for dark meat, both thighs, got drumsticks. No napkins in a chicken restaurant, come on, all they had were wet-naps after we asked for napkins. Most likely we will not return.

Criminally underrated spot for lunch and dinner in Cumming, GA. Especially when the Chick-fil-A nearby is constantly filled to the brim 24/7.

Found this in my fries which means they weren't wearing gloves. It is totally not acceptable. I give this place no stars. I definitely would not go there to eat. And wouldn't refund my family our money back
