I frequent this McDonald's because it is close to my home. I have been through the drive-thru many times at various times of day. It does not make a difference if I am there when they're busy or when they are slow. The french fries are always cold. I I'm curious if they even have a fryer.

Solid, helpful people working there.. same decent food that you’d expect at McDonald’s.. but you know! They’ve gotten out of hand with pricing… like everybody else.. I’m literally losing weight, I’m so tired of spending all my money just to stay fed.. Idk what the governments going to do but they’d better do something soon cause us millennials are tired of being shafted on a constant basis due to the previous individuals that governed this land.. Gen x wonders why we’re so frustrated and bitter towards authority…. WE ARE YET TO SEE A HALF DECENT PRESIDENT IN THE LAST 40 years… my entire life.. I’ve never looked up to a single one of our presidents… they’ve all been a joke. Even agent orange is a lunatic.. he’s BETTER.. but he’s no role model! I’d better stop this rant before things get out of hand… Best of luck at Mickey D’s!

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been too and I travel a lot. The customer service was horrible why take a number if the just yell order numbers. There was trash and nasty food everywhere. Dirty tables and over flowing trash cans. The woman are horrible rude. Don't go here!

Ordered a cheese burger boo bucket no onions add mayo was served a cheese burger with extra onion light mustard and ketchup... also Ordered a double qp with cheese extra pickle was served a qp with extra onions.. I work in the food industry I get being busy but it was slow... do better

So here goes my spill, it's like this I visit McDonald's locations on a regular basis I no I go their at least 2 to 3 times a week for either breakfast or sum lunch, I'm a Dump Truck Driver so I stop to get a quick bite to eat on a regular mostly at the Lithia Springs location on Lee Rd, on this Friday I was working in the Cummings area and stopped by for some lunch and to no surprise it had the same smell just like the other location in Lithia Springs it smelled like a BULL PIN 😅 no it smells unpleasant in their, like I hope someone is reading this because this seems like a problem with the plumbing I'm thinking, because if you think about it all McDonald's location look the same, so it's obvious that their using the same blueprint from back in the day ok McDonald's tighten up first take the time and visit several locations maybe secretly and see what that smell is 2nd when in the heck are yall gonna revise the Menu at least put 1 thing that healthy for us for breakfast and lunch there are some people that wanna eat healthy with all that being said that probably was my last time going to Macdonalds that smell made me wanna eat healthy more, I just got home from the grocery store so I'm on my way to eating healthy 🙌🏿 it's been real Mikey Dee's

8/10 1:45pm. I placed an order through the drive-through and two items were missing so I went back inside to get them. The girl working the counter (straight black hair, dark make up, black glasses) walked back-and-forth a few times, but did not interact with any of the people who were standing and waiting for items.
When I said, excuse me to get her attention, she was very upset and rudely said “what”? When I said I needed items that were forgotten. She couldn’t hear me and rudely answered again. I showed her my receipt and said that I needed items that were forgotten and she came over and snatched the receipt out of my hand. It was bad enough that the person behind me commented “that was aggressive?!?”
After she handed me the items that were forgotten and turned away without saying a word, I asked for my receipt back, she turned around, crumbled the receipt up and threw it at the counter.
It’s one of the rudest and most awkward encounters I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When I mentioned it to the manager, he seemed a little too overwhelmed to care.
