I placed an online order at 8:48, order wasn't ready till 9:15, almost 30mins. People came and went while I waited. Why place an online order that takes longer than a walk in. Unacceptable.

Terrible service and extremely rude staff. They refused to provide ketchup and water unless we paid for them, even though we were a group of 10. The food was cold, and after we raised our concerns, they deliberately delayed serving our meals — we could see the food sitting ready, but they chose to ignore us.

I ordered my breakfast on the app at 10:20, arrived at 10:25. Waited in line over 10 minutes. when I got to the speaker I was told that they cancelled my order because they stopped serving breakfast. I wasted time and did not get any food. Very disappointing. I will be sure to get my breakfast from Burger King from now on.

Just went through the drive through and there were glass shards inside of one of my fries. Tried to call restaurant and the phone is off the hook.
