I was handed a hamburger patty by ITSELF when I ordered a plain hamburger. The drive through worker gave me the worst look and attitude when I explained the mishap. Then they handed me a burger with about half of the ingredients included. I would excuse it and move on, but the reaction of whoever was working the drive through on 5/23 at around 10pm made me so upset that I'm leaving a bad review

I order hotcakes and sausage and always ask for extra syrup. The extra syrup is listed on the display that confirms the order so it must be on the screen inside. So why does the person filling my order NEVER put the extra syrup in my bag? Customer care really sucks at this location.

This location has to be the slowest fast food service I have ever seen. I ordered online 5 minutes before I arrived, and I still had to wait 16 minutes inside to get my food. Just simple SEC mcmuffin. There wasn't even anyone else waiting online to pick up orders and very few cars in drive thru. Another customer paying cash was inside before I arrived, and he hadn't even had his order taken. Was still waiting when I got food and walked out the door.

My Big Mac bottom pattie was almost just half of a pattie. It looks as if someone took a few bites and than assembled the sandwich. Or it was dropped and than assembled. Couldn't bring myself to eat it after I had been starving for a while. It's McDonald's can't expect perfection but the Big Mac patties already too small for someone to out half a pattie on my shit.

Only come here if you’d like to overhear the employees talking to each other about how they intentionally delayed your food, AND sit right next to you on their break only to continue.
Clean bathroom, superior service and the food was fresh at 2pm.

Went through drive thru had placed mobile order. Was asked to pull forward and wait on food. When I pulled my crispy chicken biscuit out of bag it felt very light opened it up and saw the smallest sorriest chicken filet I had ever seen in my life. Not only did it not fill the biscuit it looked over cooked in addition when i bit into it my biscuit crumbled making a mess and there was a thick hard sliver that tore the itty bitty fillet apart when I bit it. I have never received a piece of chicken like this in the past. Very disappointed in the quality of the chicken biscuit.
