Coffee was cold. The person at the front was dripping in sweat and did not offer any assistance. We actually stood there a few moments not sure how to even place an order. The tables were all dirty. The bathroom was dirty. This place has so much potential but is clearly being neglected.

Had to wait 20 minutes to ask for cups and when I finally waited to talk to the woman at the register, I was addressed, told her I needed the cups, only for her to ignore me and address the woman who had come up around me to first. Soda machine’s drinks are off filter, food took another 35 minutes, quality of food was trash, avocado was rotted, hot sandwich was cold, forgot our cookies. But hey, at least it was clean. I am heavily pregnant and this entire lunch experience with my husband had me in tears

This panera is under new management. They came and introduced themselves and gave our group a few items to taste. It was amazing and the staff were so friendly! The orange scone was the best.

So disappointed in this Panera! Not sure how an owner would allow such a great opportunity to fall apart. Woman's toilets are disgusting. I know public toilets that are cleaner. Floors dirty. If this was my restaurant, I would be in there making sure it was polished! Customer service had gone down terribly too! The whole place needs training on how to make be a great restaurant from staff to cleanliness! I won't eat here again!

I love going to Panera to get a free drink with my membership. every time I go through the drive thru I regret it; for a service promising convenience it often takes upwards of 20 minutes to get through even with only two cars ahead. on top of that, the soda is always pretty terrible, either flat, zero syrup, or with a strange earthy aftertaste. I've started going elsewhere and am considering cancelling my sip club because of how disappointed I always am.

Worst customer service ever. We got to go sandwiches a cold sandwich and only asked for the bread toasted and they toasted the whole chicken salad sandwich even the lettuce. How do u toast lettuce? Not to mention it took forever because they were too busy yapping and making our order wrong.

I liked the retro feel to this Panera! Very cozy. That’s about it for positives. Firstly, they were out of bread and offered no alternatives. We had a group of 6 and every single order was incorrect, despite the cashier ringing it up correctly. Food took more than 30 minutes to receive. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
