I love the atmosphere here it’s the perfect place to study but today I came here and Bob changed my day around! I had a horrible day before this and had a rough day at work my feet were hurting and were super sore and I just wanted to come here and eat some soup and they were out of the bread bowel soups and he super kindly asked if we can wait for him to make fresh ones but it would take some time and we gladly agreed. The food was amazing and that changed my day to an amazing day.Thank you so much!

We had a great experience at this Panera Bread! The coffee was freshly made, the pastry was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
While we were inside, a storm rolled in, and our car wouldn’t start. A gentleman — who we believe was the owner — ran out without any hesitation to help, bringing his own jumper cables. He was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, and we’re so grateful for his kindness.
I wish this location was closer to our home so we could visit more often, but we’ll definitely stop by every chance we get. Thanks again — truly appreciated!

This place is not even the closest and food and cleanliness how it was back in 2018 the food was great. The restaurant was clean. The drinking machines worked. The teas were not spoiled.. I would like that old Panera back

The management and staff here are fast and professional. Everyone at this restaurant really goes the extra mile to make things right and create the best possible customer experience, and it shows. The selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastries here is excellent, and there's not many places left that make fresh bread each morning. If you're looking for a bakery/cafe, there's only really one option.

My kids and I went here for lunch. They got other sandwiches, but I got the BLT. As you can see there’s pretty much no bacon on the BLT. And the bread was rock hard. In fact, it cut the roof of my mouth. This establishment has also stopped serving mustard in packets for your sandwiches. There are no condiments In the restaurant for you to grab a couple packets. There are things spilled all over the floors, and in my opinion it’s starting to go downhill pretty badly. For the money, you would expect the quality in atmosphere to be a little bit better than that.

Normally I would give this Panera location only 1 star when I got my sandwich. Bread was dry, puny & hard, made in a sloppy way, quite typical every time I order my usual veggie Mediterranean sandwich. Worst I've ever seen. It was so bad that I went back to the counter to express my concerns about my order and Courtney took care of it right away for me. I really have to give a big shout out to Courtney, who went above & beyond to make me the best veggie Mediterranean sandwich I ever had! It was just perfect & made with such care & love!

Very outdated - empty bread/pastries shelves - we ordered a coffee Madagascar vanilla, the flavor was not there, they changed it for a regular coffee, light was barely entering the place - needs a big remodel.

The food just isn't very good. I tried the pressed Italian sandwich for lunch. The bread was tough and there was so much sauce the sandwich was dripping. They use two types of creamy sauce and it's overpowering. I ordered a half and couldn't eat all of it. That's how bad it was.
