Normally I would give this Panera location only 1 star when I got my sandwich. Bread was dry, puny & hard, made in a sloppy way, quite typical every time I order my usual veggie Mediterranean sandwich. Worst I've ever seen. It was so bad that I went back to the counter to express my concerns about my order and Courtney took care of it right away for me. I really have to give a big shout out to Courtney, who went above & beyond to make me the best veggie Mediterranean...
Very outdated - empty bread/pastries shelves - we ordered a coffee Madagascar vanilla, the flavor was not there, they changed it for a regular coffee, light was barely entering the place - needs a big remodel.
The food just isn't very good. I tried the pressed Italian sandwich for lunch. The bread was tough and there was so much sauce the sandwich was dripping. They use two types of creamy sauce and it's overpowering. I ordered a half and couldn't eat all of it. That's how bad it was.
