This panera is under new management. They came and introduced themselves and gave our group a few items to taste. It was amazing and the staff were so friendly! The orange scone was the best.
So disappointed in this Panera! Not sure how an owner would allow such a great opportunity to fall apart. Woman's toilets are disgusting. I know public toilets that are cleaner. Floors dirty. If this was my restaurant, I would be in there making sure it was polished! Customer service had gone down terribly too! The whole place needs training on how to make be a great restaurant from staff to cleanliness! I won't eat here again!
Bob is super helpful and a good employee:) he deserves a raise
Edit: I frequent this place to do schoolwork and Bob was here again! He is a wonderfully dedicated worker and ensures every customers' needs are met. Kudos to him
