Ordered deliver at 11:00 said 11:33 delivery time. 11:40 comes around nothing. Drive up to the store by 11:50 they say oh we didn’t have a driver so we canceled your order literally when I got there. Worst place ever

We ordered four pizzas from this Pizza Hut—two cheese and two pepperoni. Unfortunately, both cheese pizzas had almost no cheese at all; they were mostly just dough and tomato sauce. This is very different from the quality we normally experience at other Pizza Hut locations. In addition, the pepperoni pizzas were very dry. Overall, this order was quite disappointing, and we hope the management can address these quality concerns to improve future orders.
I just spent $125.09 for 8 large pizzas with bacon, Italian sausage, ground beef and barbecue sauce and they refused to give me saying it wasn't paid for even though I was showing my bank statement on my phone that said it was paid for and they're also refusing to refund me

Flynn at Pizza Hut on Parkway in Cummings, Ga has terrible customer service, she practically ignore me requesting service,,and continued to make at least three pizzas! I normally order from this Pizza Hut a few times a week! She does not meet the other employees standards at this store!

Awful customer service, waited in the lobby 15 mins no help. Called the store multiple times and no answer. Ridiculous, use to run a pizza store and you shouldn’t have everyone in the back and not have someone up front to greet customers.

Most of the time, the pizza here taste good but sometimes they don’t live up to their standard. Wings definitely needs more improvement. Every time I order them, they are not crispy enough. I’m a local customer here and depending on who is working there, it’s either a hit or miss.
Had a worst experience in Pickup Order. Store not honoring promotions and demanding full charge for the order which is unexpected. Please be cautious if you are planning to use any coupons

New ownership** Fantastic customer service….. however, I’ve noticed the toppings (mostly cheese) are slimming down a bit. 😉 Don’t be shy when adding that cheese. That’s what Pizza Hut is known for.

On a Friday night, Pizza Hut is absolutely slammed. They have tons of business and orders in various ways. They do their best to get it done accurately and quickly but mistakes happen. I wanted to spotlight the cashier Vapal (spelling might be wrong). She was kind, considerate, apologetic and while she was pulled in hundreds of directions, she made sure to address each customer with their order. I appreciate her kind demeanor. She deserves some help up there at the cash register!
