I ordered a dinner box and some extra wings. The food gets here but my wings are no where to be found. I texted the door dasher and she said they never gave her the order of wings. I call the store and no answer. I call them again today & all they said “it could’ve been a mistake from both parties but to try to call the store”. That’s literally who I called and got no wings and no refund ? . They make it so hard to be get of hold of probably because this isn’t the first time they do this.

We got the Family Dinner Box late last night and our dessert was stuck slightly outside of the box. We almost lost our cinnamon sticks! The food was cooked properly though, and I do feel like new people employees were involved in this so I’ll give a 4.

I love this Pizza Hutt. Though we had an issue with an Uber delivery driver for them, the manager, Tasha. made us a duplicate order fresh at no charge, and used their personal delivery driver to make sure it was delivered. It saved us a night of 5 hungry yelling kids. This place is highly recommended.

Worst take out experience. Manager was rude. I went in and gave first and last name, he checked and within 5 seconds he said it’s not ready. Status in my email said it was already ready. He went in back immediately. After carefully looking, I saw the pizza with my name on it, among 3 other pizzas. I called for but he didn’t when come in front. After 10-12 mins, he came in front and started attending another person, ignoring me (I was in front of other person). I said I already see my pizza, he rudely said don’t interrupt (which I was not). I waited and then my turn came, I pointed out the pizza which was sitting there for 15 mins, he just casually took it and gave it to me.
Pizza was good -I had ordered pineapple n jalapeño pizza but found a chicken piece in my piece.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut. I was not notified that my order had been delivered, so when I checked the tracker I was surprised that my order had been delivered around 20+ minutes early. At that point I found that my order had been sitting outside with flies on, around, and **inside** my food. In addition to this, the pesto swirl was covering the pizza to the point that it looked like vomit on the pizza, making us nauseated (as if the visual of flies crawling inside of our food wasn’t nauseating enough). Overall this was inedible and we had to throw it away.

Just got a pizza from here and it was great! Great consistency, crispy crust, great toppings, not too much. Everything was just right. I’ve had a busy week and this was a nice treat, so thanks to the staff at this location tonight. Dinner was great because of you.

Beware Pizza Hut has started using an outside delivery service, when our pizzas were delivered for my daughters party one was missing. I contacted Pizza Hut and was told repeatedly that their systems were down and they could not credit my card. I called multiple times over 2 weeks and never got credit that I was due. They assured me they gave all pizzas to the delivery person, I never got the pizza delivered or a credit. They do not care about their customers.
