I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I clicked “im here” on the email and received instructions to remain in my car. However, after 5 minutes, I decided to call the store and the employee said they don’t offer curbside and I would have to come in. Normally I wouldn’t have had a problem, but I was not dressed properly for the weather as I did not expect to have to get out of my vehicle. When I asked the employee about why the email instructed me to stay in my car, he said it didn’t apply to that store. He continued to dismiss my concern and act as if I were confused.

I came in on a Friday evening, there was line out the door, but this line was moving quick I say in about 5 minutes 15 people were in and out. I've never seen a pizza place move Pizza like that they were so professional and polite. Her crew didn't have any attitude (you know when the people making your food don't approve of their job) and it was a great experience but awesome

Great service. Go by the order time. If it says 23 minutes it will be 23 minutes. Do not expect your food sooner - these guys are on top of it. There are some other Pizza Huts I have ordered in the past that are pretty good about their time, but man, this location has it down to the minute. For those that are asking, I order through the app.
Why is there a tip line on the receipt when this is a pickup only store?You feel obligated to tip someone who isn't making wait-staff wages, and today those extra dollars matter to most family's budgets...The food is usually good, but I don't like to go here because of the tip line and those awkward moments.

4 stars for service and product EXCEPT the THIN CRUST recipe is less than tasty. We had to throw our pizz out. Toppings were wonderful. Sauce was great. We don't fault thisbl location, staff or management at all. It's the Pizza Hut THIN CRUST recipe that needs allot improvements on the taste (add some flavors or spices or cheese).

I rarely order pizza. I am typically capable of getting it myself. However I was very busy yesterday. The pizza arrived within 20 minutes, was hot and wonderful. My driver was very polite and courteous. Would definitely order from here again!

I ordered 50 minutes before closing gave a $11 tip and still haven’t got my pizza this is the 2nd time I haven’t got it also the people that work here are terribly rude
