Deliveries are prompt and arrive at the perfect temperature. Servers go out of their way to accommodate requests, though some orders may have small mistakes that are quickly resolved. The ambience adds charm to the experience, making it a must-visit spot. However, during the Euro championship, customers were disappointed that the restaurant did not have the game audio on, despite being named after the Italian National soccer team.
