I stopped in on opening day to show my support. The cafe has a very fresh and welcoming vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a smoothie and it was GREAT! I can't wait to try more items on the menu since I like to try healthier foods.
Qi7ck service with a smile.
Great group of people working here today. Fix the issues with the rewards app. Was patient 😌 thanks again.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. Customers are often greeted with warm smiles, creating a pleasant dining experience. The location is noted for its cleanliness, with spotless tables, swept floors, and well-maintained prep areas. Staff members, such as Amelia, Ethan, and Cabot, are recognized for their professionalism and strong work ethic, engaging positively with customers and ensuring a high standard of service.
While many enjoy the smoothies, such as the choc mocha smoothie and Açaí Berry Boost Smoothie, some have pointed out that certain items, like the Açaí Bowl, could use more of the main ingredient. Others have mentioned drinks like the Bhama mama being good but containing too much ice. Overall, the service is quick, and the staff is accommodating, as seen when they promptly corrected custom orders without waste. This dedication to customer satisfaction, along with the quality of food and drinks, makes Tropical Smoothie Cafe a preferred spot for many.
