My wife arrived roughly an hour before lunch. The coffee shop was not very full, and she wanted to wait until lunch to order. She was working on her laptop until lunch. About 15 minutes before lunch was ready to order, she was told to buy now or be removed. She goes there weekly and loved it, but they kicked her out and it really made her upset and devalued as a customer. Horrible service, and lost a lifetime customer. We loved this placed, but they do not care about their customers like we thought. If you want a place to work and have coffee, avoid here at all costs.

EDIT: just now seeing the owner’s response after all the holiday hustle and bustle, so I updated my stars based solely on their response! The validation I feel is enough to warrant the 5 stars now because when I tell you I felt absolutely bamboozled with that experience. Thanks Rendezvous Management team :)
I come here all the time and gets me my lil banana nut smoothie with protein because it’s usually fire. One random time, I got it and it was incredibly icy, like straight up icee consistency. I noticed it when I grabbed it but figured it wouldn’t be a big deal. Well, turns out it was not an enjoyable experience at all drinking it and for an $11 shake, I’m not wanting to force myself to drink something I don’t like. Today, I went to grab my usual and again, got an icy one. This time I immediately mentioned it and they remade it for me (or so I thought). When it was handed to me, I was told to make sure I mentioned how I wanted it next time because the first one is how it’s always made. I told the girl that I come here all the time and it’s literally never made that way except for one other time, but okay, sure, I’ll make sure to mention it next time. I get into my car, take a sip, and the shake has basically just been watered down to make a “more liquid” consistency and tastes like nothing. I even had my sister with me in the car try it and they were like, dang, that straight up doesn’t have any flavor. So I go back in to just ask for a refund and the manager says no? Like, I was flabbergasted about the entirety of the situation. It certainly makes me never want to come back. I miss the friends that I usually see behind the counter when I go because THEY know how to make a smoothie. And now I’m just sad, smoothie-less & out $11🥲

really enjoyed my first visit here while traveling out of town. Came back for a second time and my coffee order was rang in incorrectly. I never order hot drinks, I do not like them. I know 100% I did not order a hot coffee since I don’t like them lol. The barista told me I had to re order for them to make me what I wanted. Just bad business. I’ve worked in coffee shops and restaurants for years, and that’s never how you handle that situation. Will not be back.
