I recently had my first taste of these cupcakes and I wasn’t impressed the cake crumbled apart and just not good. So I went back in to tell them and Katie was the manager and she was so kind and apologized and gave me 6 more to try and they were unbelievable! So tasty definitely a totally different experience than when I originally bought the cupcakes. It’s so refreshing when a company stands behind their food and they have a manager that is good representation of their brand. Katie you are what good customer service is all about! I will be returning for more of these scrumptious cakes!

OMG....these cupcakes are delicious!!! I will never look at cupcakes the same way after eating these light, moist flavor bombs that literally melt in your mouth! This store is like walking into a delectable dream with decor that can only be described in a fairytale. The girl working the counter was a sweetheart and Belinda, the owner, was pretty much the nicest person on the planet! This is the perfect place to connect with an old friend, create a memory with your kid, or have a birthday party that you don't have to clean up!

Worse customer service ever.
I ordered my Wedding cake here and less than a week before my wedding, I received a phone call saying the decorator was no longer with the company and we couldn’t get our cake made.
We contacted the decorator who was supposed to make it and she was trying to up-charge us more than $100 than what we originally paid. Her name is Mersha from soyniacake. Terrible customer service all around.
I will never again spend my money there! Untrustworthy people

I'll stick to Publix Bakery cupcakes...they weren't bad or gross per se, just not special enough to be worth the price. The sugar cookie however was literally atrocious. It turned to dust in my mouth and tasted like a very, very old circus animal cookie.

Went on a Saturday evening and Customer service was nice overall however the cupcakes I received were not fresh and tasted a few days old and they were packaged with bare hands- no gloves or tongs or anything. I would not visit here again.
