Generally a fan of this Starbucks location. The staff is warm & knowledgable. They rarely make food/drink mistakes. The outside seating area is a great option for working or studying. I love the expanded menu, especially nearly every caffeinated drink they make. My pup is a big fan of the puppucinos.
i’ll be honest the younger indian girl at the drive through window, i think her name was like maneva or something (i didn’t get a good look at her name tag) was super rude and for no reason. i had placed an online order and upon going through the drive through she proceeded to literally yell at me because i “didn’t give them enough time to make my order”, even though i literally hadn’t said anything about it. i had just pulled up. i gave her the name of the order and...read full review

The one at the new Kroger on Bethelview won't make a decaf coffee frap for my granddaughter. Target does and other Starbucks do, but they give me a hard time, every time. But, they are quick and always busy.
