And it’s supposed to close at 8 but I went there at 6:50 and they were closed the 2 young girls were just on their phone others girl was sitting in a back closet. The only good experience I have is when this nice young Latina lady name starts with kesh every time I saw her she always had a smile greeted me what hours does she work because I’d love to come when she working haven’t seen in and a little hopes she come back she’s the only one that can me my coffee right!!!! STARBUCKS NEED A NEW MANAGER

Went on a Sunday and the cashier was rude for no reason. My family and I (4 total) were the only ones ordering and she was giving us attitude. When asked for the location of the restroom she was rude and condescending. They also got 2 of 4 orders wrong, and after we had politely asked if they could remake one of them, not even both, she was super rude about handing it back to us, one of her co-workers even called her out in front of us.

Not sure why at 4 pm in the afternoon they had four employees standing behind the counter and my daughter walks up and it took them at least a minute or two to watch her stand there and then tell her they were closed .And watched her walk away and yelled out Sorry!!!Very rude and unprofessional and embarrassing .She works at Starbucks and would never treat guests that way .

I come to this Starbucks every morning before a long day of work. Alexx, Jackson, Bella, and Bri make my day every single morning. I am greeted by the biggest smiles, warmest coffee, and freshest food at 8 AM on the dot! I cannot emphasize enough how quick they are. Never once have I worried about not making it to work on time due to a delay (and I work in Alpharetta!). One of my favorite things is the amazing art work each time. As a connoisseur of the fine arts, I appreciate the work they can do with some chalk on a blackboard! If you struggle to choose where to get your morning caffeine fix, look no further than the Kroger on Freedom Parkway! Five stars is not enough!!!

I was running behind on the way to school and I had to stop for coffee. I was afraid I was going to be late but Alexx and Jackson were so quick and pleasant, I ended up making it early! Very pleased, I’ll definitely be back!
