Wow just wow the worst service and awful sandwiches I have ever had. We wanted one of the new Bault sandwiches. Now please understand the photo was on the window. The two girls had no idea what we asked for. Then they couldn't understand how to make them when I pulled up the ap on my phone and told them what was on them. When we ordered half a dozen cookies the girl could not figure out how to ring up six cookies when it was three for a certain price. We got home to hard bread clearly old dry stone hard bread. The cookies were just as bad and from Grandmas Easter at least. $34 of disgusting food served by people who were not even able to read their own menu. Firehouse forgive me for cheating on you it won't happen again I promise.

come in order 6inch , he was making it on foot long, said i wanted 6 inch he said i will charge you for only 6, Cool Very little lettuce please, He put 2 hand full of it on sandwich , I said please take some off, After swiping off i could tell he had a attitude and cared little about service. At this time I said one line of Mayo please , He then goes back and forth 3 or 4 times with the Mayo , I looked at him and said you have issues listening don't you , Jackwad said leave store ..... NEVER GOING BACK

I've been coming to this subway for years and years because it's right near my house. Today I placed a mobile order for pickup. They got the order wrong, wouldn't remake it, and two more employees came out to argue with me over the chips and drink I ordered as a part of my meal that for some reason didn't show up on the ticket they had on their end (but it was on my receipt online). They refused to honor even the meal deal price (which I shouldn't have had to pay a second time anyway), and made me pay for them separately, which was more expensive. I didn't realize until afterwards, and then they wouldn't let me return them for my money back, even though I hadn't left the restaurant or filled the drink cup up or anything. If I knew I wasn't paying the meal deal price I would've just walked next door to publix and bought a 6-pack of soda and a family sized bag of chips for basically the same price. I will never be returning to this location. Awful service, and stingy management which was very rude to me for THEIR OWN errors.

Terrible service. Got mad when my friend didn't tell him all of the meats he wanted at one time. Didn't put cheese on my sandwich when I asked him to. Then charged me an extra dollar for bacon when I didn't get bacon on my sandwich.

Their hours are completely inaccurate. Hours on door say they close at 9pm. But they were closed at 7:45pm.

Not only at this Subway but at all the Subway shops have excellent quality of food and a clean facility. This is why when I'm travelling between Georgia and New York state I will stop at one of these places for a quick meal.
Food is good. Terrible attitude from owners. Employees are nice.

Decent service, the employees were really nice. However, they were missing some really good toppings. Without my usual sauces and toppings, my footlong felt WEAK. Having more toppings would mean more customers for them.

I have gone to this subway twice now and both times I have come, they are not ready to be open. Their opening time is 9:00am. They leave their door unlocked and say they aren’t ready. This is on my way to work and is really inconvenient to find another location.
